Over the years Tecnogomma has developed a close partnership with some manufacturer of compounds and now boasts an extensive knowledge of raw material that led to developing a series of compounds meeting the most stringent specifications and approved by leading international organizations.

Tecnogomma collaborates with its customers to identify the best possible material for specific use by means of quality and reliability tests under specified conditions.

The compounds are purchased from certified industry leaders and can be black or coloured according to the RAL or Pantone scale.

Each batch of compound to be accepted is systematically subjected to infrared inspection (FTIR) in order to certify its compliance with the required specifications. If necessary, a thermogravimetric check (TGA) can be performed.

Before moulding, the compounds are stored in a purpose-built climate-controlled warehouse managed by a computer in compliance with FIFO system.
