The washer is used for seals of a static and dynamic type. However, its main application is that of providing a static seal between two mating surfaces; it is important to underline that the seal will only be provided if the washer is compressed.
These parts are often used as shock absorbers to deaden blows of moving parts or as spacers.
Our washers are made of the main materials approved according to DVGW - KTW - WRC - FDA standards and to the specifications issued by leading car manufacturers.
These items are produced by injection presses with fully automatic operation and by compression presses
Many of the washers in our range are made from couplings and then cut; thanks to this technology , we are able to produce washers of different thicknesses using the same mould.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that we have recently added the continuous extrusion technology to our production range. This enables us to produce many different sizes at very competitive costs.
The washer sizes that we produce range from a minimum diameter ø A of 1.5 mm. to a maximum diameter ø B of 172 mm. with thickness H varying from 0.6 mm. up to 50 mm .
