This operation is carried out on all articles produced in our company and it is based on the control of each piece, in order to separate the faulty pieces from the good ones.
The sorting operation is mostly carried out by electronic machines, which have the advantage of simultaneously controlling the dimensions, the surface and eliminating deformed pieces. Thanks to the use of these machines, the quality standard improves sensibly, going from an AQL level to a PPM level (as defined by the customers)
