The production facility o f Tecnogomma International allows an automatic moulding of black compounds. This is performed thanks to over 40 horizontal and vertical injection machines.
All of which ones are computerised and all moulding parameters are transferred by radio and registered on a dedicated server.
These are analysed in real time by the responsibles and saved for eventual new consultations.
The product’s vulcanisation is carried out by injecting into a closed tool ,an amount of compound, which is enough to completely fill all the cavities
In order to feed all the cavities of the tool, we use tips defined as feeding channels, which will be eliminated during the cryogenic deflashing.
