After the post-curing, there is the dimensional control of the articles and the pre-sorting phase, according to statistical methods. If the controls have positive results, we proceed with the sorting of all the total quantity produced.
This control is done through optical and high precision 3D machines. They permit us to measure the articles without touching them.
The hardness is measured through durometers with automatic laser centring. By attending updating courses our staff is continuously trained in the techniques of dimensional survey.
