We are glad to inform you that on December 22st 2008 Tecnogomma International S.p.A. has obtained the approval for the Environmental Management System according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2004. The certified activity concerns the production of O-rings and technical parts in rubber by injection moulding and covers all the operative units of the Company. In order to reach this aim, all the organization was involved in a significant verification and improvement activity of their own environmental impacts, establishing the instruments for an ongoing advancement and the strong will to support an ecologically sustainable future. After this new distinction Tecnogomma International S.p.A. can be pleased to have a Management System approved according to: UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 – ISO/TS 16949:2002 – UNI EN ISO 14001:2004. Moreover, we have included the regulations of the Norm BS OHSAS 18001:2007 concerning the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, reaching a completeness that only a few Companies can be proud to have. In addition to the constant certification activity of its compounds and products, as far as the last international regulations for gas, food, water, etc. are concerned, Tecnogomma will update in the course of the year 2009, its own Management System according to the new review of the Norm UNI EN ISO 9001, and is preparing other important novelties which will be shared with you soon.
